On 14 December 2024, LANA - the Latvian spirit producers association- hosted the "LANA Radošais Hakathons" at Riga Youth Centre "Kaņieris," bringing together 19 passionate students for a high-energy, idea-driven event. The goal? To spark innovative and impactful communication campaigns promoting responsible drinking among their peers.
Guided by experts, including LANA Managing Director Dāvis Vītols and psychotherapist Madara Pumpure, participants developed six creative campaigns tackling excessive alcohol consumption. After an intense brainstorming session, a jury awarded top honours to three standout teams:
